CRANBERRY AND CHERRY ICED TEA MOCKTAIL

Serves 2 in Consol Glass Monaco Cocktail Glasses 

Ingredients: 

2 Cranberry and Cherry flavoured rooibos teabags
2 cups Water
½ cup Cranberry juice
2 cups Ice cubes
⅛ cup Vodka (optional for cocktail)

To garnish:
4 Fresh lemon wedges
½ cup Pomegranate seeds
8 Mint leaves

2 Consol Glass Monaco Cocktail Glasses - 355ml

1 Consol Glass San Marino Mixing Bowl 1000ml 

Method: 

  1. Boil 2 cups of water, pour it over the Cranberry and Cherry Flavoured rooibos teabags in the Consol Glass San Marino Mixing Bowl.

  2. Leave to steep for about 4 minutes - depending on your preferred tea strength.

  3. Remove the tea bags, then set aside to cool to room temperature - or place in the fridge to cool faster.

  4. Once cooled, add the cranberry juice (add the vodka if using) and mix, then pour evenly between the Consol Cocktail Glasses.

  5. Add ice cubes, garnish with lemon wedges, pomegranate seeds and mint leaves. 

  6. Sip by sip enjoy your Cranberry and Cherry Iced Tea Mocktail, in glass of course!
