EASY MAC & CHEESE RECIPE

Serves 4
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 1 tbsp Garlic
- 2 cups Milk
- 4 cups Cheddar cheese, grated
- ¼ cup Pasta water
- 2 cups Macaroni
To Taste:
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cayenne Pepper
- Oregano

Heat a pan and add 2 tablespoons of butter. Allow it to melt completely.
Add 1 tablespoon of flour and 1 tablespoon of minced garlic to the melted butter. -
Stir the mixture. In a Consol Glass San Marino Mixing Bowl.

Pour in 2 cups of milk, 3 cups of grated cheese, and ¼ cup of pasta water. Stir everything together.

Season the mixture with salt, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and oregano according to your taste. Stir well to combine.

Add your cooked pasta to the pan and stir until the pasta is coated with the cheese sauce. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes.

Transfer the mixture to the Consol Glass Lisbon Rectangular Roaster baking dish suitable for the oven.

Sprinkle 1 cup of cheese on top of the pasta.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and place the baking dish inside. Bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese on top is melted and bubbly.
