ROOIBOS ICED TEA

Ingredients:
  • 7 litres boiling water
  • 1 cup fresh honey
  • 12-15 stems of fresh mint
  • 1.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 10 teabags of Rooibos tea (you can substitute for green tea or fruit flavoured teas)

Method:
  • Boil the water and pour into the Consol Glass Monaco Beverage Dispenser 7500ml (7.5L).
  • Add the tea bags of your choice and leave for 15 minutes.
  • Remove the tea bags and add the other ingredients (press the mint leaves between your hands first to help release the flavour).
  • Stir and then allow the tea to cool to room temperature. Add ice before serving.
