SOUTH AFRICAN BRAAI CHOPS MARINADE

Ingredients:
For the marinade sauce
- ¾ cup Mrs Ball's Chutney
- 1 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
- 1 TBSP Honey
- 1 tsp Crushed garlic (heaped)
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Green chilli, chopped
- 3 TBSP All Gold Tomato sauce
- ½ Lemon, juiced in The Consol Glass Juicer
- Handful coriander, chopped
To season the chops:
- Salt - To taste
- Pepper - To taste
- Robertsons Steak & chops spice
Method:
- Prepare the marinade by adding all the marinade ingredients to a Consol Glass San Marino Mixing Bowl - this can also be made in advance and stored in a glass bottle in the fridge.
- Rinse the chops, then season with seasoning ingredients.
- Baste the chops and then braai – baste with the marinade with every turn until done.
- Serve immediately with your favourite braai sides.
