TIRAMISU-INSPIRED OVERNIGHT OATS
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 3 teaspoon chia seeds
- 4 tablespoon honey, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 180ml milk
- 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
- 1 cup plain Greek yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
Method:
- Pop the oats, chia seeds, vanilla essence,tablespoons of @freshearth honey, milk, and coffee into a bowl.Mix well and then cover it with cling wrap and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning in a separate bowl, combine the yoghurt, cocoa powder, and 2 tablespoons of honey. Mix well.
- Grab a Consol Glass Preserve Jar and start layering your tiramisu oats - first add a layer of oats then the yoghurt mixture, then the oats again before ending on a layer of yoghurt.
- Dust with cocoa if you like. Enjoy!
