RECIPES MAKE THE MOST OF OUR PRODUCT RANGE
Tiramisu-inspired Overnight Oats
1 cup rolled oats
3 teaspoon chia seeds
4 tablespoon honey, divided
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
1 cup plain Greek yoghurt
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
1. Pop the oats, chia seeds, vanilla essence, 2 tablespoons of @freshearth honey, milk, and coffee into a bowl. Mix well and then cover it with cling wrap and refrigerate overnight.
2. In the morning in a separate bowl, combine the yoghurt, cocoa powder, and 2 tablespoons of honey. Mix well.
3. Grab a Consol Glass Preserve Jar and start layering your tiramisu oats - first add a layer of oats then the yoghurt mixture, then the oats again before ending on a layer of yoghurt.
Dust with cocoa if you like. Enjoy!
