Consol Glass Olive Oil Bottle 500ml Antique without lid (24 Carton Pack)

I ordered a consignment of olive oil bottles last week. There was no provision to order suitable tops for the bottles other than placing an order for the tops as a separate item. I ended up ordering the wrong size which were shipped to me with the bottles, I would’ve thought consol should have picked up that I had ordered the wrong size tops and corrected the order for me, or, when ordering bottles, they should give you the option of ordering bottles with the correct tops? I had to order replacement tops of the right size.
